    Step 2: Block access to output's APIs

    Step 2.1: Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

    Step 2.2: Find and open the file called hosts

    Step 2.3: Add the following lines to the end of the file:

    Step 2.4: If you cannot save the file, go to it's properties > details > click edit > click USERS and allow Full Control

    Step 3: Replace the newly installed api-user.xml in C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade with one in the downloaded folder

    Step 0*: Backup config.xml, paths.xml and local.db files from C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade before upgrade, then paste and overwrite after upgrade.

    Step 1: Run the updater (Arcade Windows Combo Upgrade.exe)

    Step 2: Make sure that output's APIs are blocked like above

    Step 3: Place api-user.xml in C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade

    Step 1: Download and run the Utility Tool (FLARE Arcade v2.0 Utility.exe)

    Step 2: Click Import Line

    Step 3: Select the libraries you want to install (You don't need all of them)
