Step 1: Get a trial license from Avid's website

Step 2: Download iLok License Manager

Step 3: Activate Pro Tools using the trial license

Step 4: Copy the contents of "With PT First License" and "AAX Unlock" folder to C:\Program Files\Avid\ProTools
(or the place you installed ProTools) and replace the files.
